Comedian and actor Kapil Sharma has been off the small screen and after the backlash of Firangi he was also not seen in any press conferences. The talented comedian has made the india laugh with his comic timing and his enthusiastic team. After the spat, Kapil Sharma and Sunil Grover have been seen struggling in the career. They are merely seen in any TV shows or events. It seems that they are the right Jodi and fans are eagerly waiting to see both of them on screen together.
Now talking about the upcoming show of Kapil Sharma on Sony Entertainment Television, the first teaser is out and has crossed 3 million views on youtube. This shows that how eagerly fans were waiting to see him on screen again. It seems the best is yet to come from his side. In the small video, we see Kapil trying to hire an auto-rickshaw but the driver snubs him off reminding the actor-comedian that he is yet to pay his dues. When Kapil says he will soon pay off all dues, the driver makes a snide remark and says, “Kaha se doge, kaam dhandha to hai nahi tumhare paas?”Sharing the teaser, Kapil tweeted, “Here is the first teaser of our new show on @SonyTV need ur best wishes.”
According to Hindustan Times report, “An official spokesperson from the channel had said then that since Kapil had been under the weather, they had “mutually agreed to take a short break”, and that they would start shooting again once he recovers completely. The announcement came after months of rumours that Kapil’s alcoholism was taking a toll on his career. It was said that he cancelled shoots with many Bollywood actors.
Kapil also had his second Bollywood release Firangi in November and he wanted to spend time on the promotions. The film failed at the box office.Nonetheless, Kapil, who has started shooting for the comeback of his TV show, is optimistic. “I feel very nice that people love me so much. I wanted to come on TV, and not even dreamt of being in films. Now, I have done both...I feel very nice and hope this love keep pouring and I keep on doing the good work,” he told IANS.
